COSORI TurboBlaze 9-in-1 Review: The Air Fryer Everyone Bought Was Right

Best sellers aren't always the best product — sometimes they're just the best marketed. The COSORI TurboBlaze is the happy exception. It's the #1 best-selling air fryer for a reason: nine cooking functions, a family-size 6-quart basket, and genuinely crispy results, all for $89.99.

When we compared the four air fryers everyone is buying in 2026 — COSORI, two Ninjas, and another COSORI — the TurboBlaze won on the only scorecard that matters: capacity, crisp, and cleanup. It feeds a family, it actually browns food, and the basket goes in the dishwasher. Buy once, buy right.

Our verdict — Best Overall

$89.99

The #1 best seller for a reason: 9 functions and a family-size basket for under $90.

Key specs

Why it actually wins

The crisp is the point. Plenty of air fryers blow hot air around; the TurboBlaze's DC motor pushes it harder and more evenly, and the 450°F ceiling is hotter than most rivals dare. The result: fries that shatter, wings with rendered skin, reheated pizza that doesn't go soggy. In our comparison, this was the clearest gap between the TurboBlaze and the cheaper competition.

The size is the other point. A 6-quart basket sounds abstract until you're cooking for four. Small air fryers force you into sad little batches; this one fits a whole chicken or enough fries for the table in one go. If you're feeding more than two people, capacity is the spec that decides whether the thing gets used or gathers dust.

Nine functions means it earns the counter. Air fry, roast, bake, broil, dehydrate — most owners end up using it as a second oven, especially in summer when heating the big oven feels like a war crime. Reheating leftovers alone justifies it: pizza comes back crispy, fries come back to life.

Cleanup doesn't punish you. The nonstick basket and crisper plate go straight in the dishwasher. This matters more than it sounds — the air fryer you dread cleaning is the air fryer you stop using.

Pros

  • Best crisp in its class — 450°F max, DC motor
  • 6-quart basket feeds a real family
  • 9 functions replace several appliances
  • Dishwasher-safe basket and plate
  • Under $90 — absurd value

Cons

  • Still a big box on your counter
  • Single basket — one dish at a time (the Ninja Foodi in our guide has dual baskets)
  • Nonstick coating needs silicone or wood utensils
  • Great crisp, but it's still not a deep fryer — manage expectations
